What is the minimum order quantity?
For standard profiles in stock finishes, MOQ is one carton (typically 25 lengths). For custom finishes or non-standard lengths, MOQ may be higher — please share your project requirements for a tailored quote.
What is your typical lead time?
Most orders dispatch in 6–7 working days. Larger custom runs may take a little longer — we confirm the exact timeline at the quote stage and update if anything changes.
Can I order custom lengths?
Yes. We supply standard 8ft retail lengths plus bespoke project lengths cut to your spec. Each piece is labelled and packed by length and finish for site convenience.
Which PVD finishes are available?
Eight signature finishes: Gold, Rose Gold, Silver and Black — each available in mirror polish or hairline-brushed texture. Custom finishes can be developed for projects above a minimum volume.
Do you ship across India and internationally?
Yes. We ship to all major Indian cities via consolidated freight, and to select international markets. Shipping cost and timeline depends on destination — included in your quote.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Sample sets covering all eight finishes are available — chargeable, with cost adjusted against your first order. Get in touch via WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange dispatch.
What warranty do you offer on the PVD finish?
Our PVD coating is warranted against colour fade and peeling under normal indoor interior use. Detailed warranty terms are provided with each project quote and shipment.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% advance with order confirmation, 50% before dispatch. Project terms are negotiable for established design firms and contractors with prior history.
